Me and my friend stayed there for work purposes and ended up leaving early just because of their poor treatment. "I booked for this hotel and tried to cancel it through Expedia. Expedia tried to call the hotel but no one spoke English. We attempted to do this several times. They were unable to get an approval, so i could not get a refund. It takes like 2 hours to get to the airport from here. What a joke! Don't even bother booking here."

The staff speak minimal english, making it difficult to ask for advice on local attractions, restaurants or shopping.
