"I did the 1 night cruise and the whole experience was excellent. The administration (Anna) was very friendly and efficient and the logistics for the shuttle were clear. Once on board, the staff were very kind and attentive, the cabin was comfortable and the food was delicious. I enjoyed the excursions, particularly the caves and hiking. Would recommend to others. 5/5 "

"The Highlight of our Vietnam Trip May 2024 • Couples Highly recommend this while you're in Vietnam!! We did the 2 night/3 day trip on the Orchid classic boat #3 w/ 14 rooms. 1. Service: The staff really take care of you. Especially, Hoa and Tien went above and beyond making sure we had a great experience; good excursions (biking, caves) and activities (cooking class, kayaking), special requests, comfortable room, anything we needed. 2. Delicious dining: I didn't expect such high quality meals....

"First I would like to say the staff is extremely nice and helpful and they work hard to make you happy. Many meals are served and food variety is very rich. Our stay at Alisa Cruise was disappointing for two main reasons. First, the overall experience is extremely touristic and industrial. All activities they offer end up being very crowded as you do the same activities as at least another dozen boats. They took us to a beach which was so tiny and busy and we preferred going back to the tiny...

"We hadden garden bay premium cruise geboekt maar zagen zelf dat we ingedeeld waren op de legend. Hierop zeiden ze dat de legend betere boot was en dat we upgrade hadden gehad. Het zou fijn zijn geweest als dat vooraf gezegd zou worden. Eenmaal op de boot lagen we iets achter op schema waardoor we tijdens de 5-gangen lunch heel snel moesten eten. Je bord was nog niet leeg en het volgende gerecht kwam er alweer aan. De baai (ha long en bai tu long) is super mooi en we hadden geluk met het weer....

Boat was a big run down, but staff were very accommodating and friendly. Meals were amazing. Only problem was Expedia advertised meals etc included but it was all extra!"

"For the price of a hostel, this hotel was a comfortable and convenient choice. Breakfast included, the rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. Being and older building the noise from within the hotel can be quite loud but ear plugs will fix that. The toilet may talk to you during the night due to the older plumbing system. (sounds only)"
