"First I would like to say the staff is extremely nice and helpful and they work hard to make you happy. Many meals are served and food variety is very rich. Our stay at Alisa Cruise was disappointing for two main reasons. First, the overall experience is extremely touristic and industrial. All activities they offer end up being very crowded as you do the same activities as at least another dozen boats. They took us to a beach which was so tiny and busy and we preferred going back to the tiny...

"We hadden garden bay premium cruise geboekt maar zagen zelf dat we ingedeeld waren op de legend. Hierop zeiden ze dat de legend betere boot was en dat we upgrade hadden gehad. Het zou fijn zijn geweest als dat vooraf gezegd zou worden. Eenmaal op de boot lagen we iets achter op schema waardoor we tijdens de 5-gangen lunch heel snel moesten eten. Je bord was nog niet leeg en het volgende gerecht kwam er alweer aan. De baai (ha long en bai tu long) is super mooi en we hadden geluk met het weer....

Boat was a big run down, but staff were very accommodating and friendly. Meals were amazing. Only problem was Expedia advertised meals etc included but it was all extra!"

"For the price of a hostel, this hotel was a comfortable and convenient choice. Breakfast included, the rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. Being and older building the noise from within the hotel can be quite loud but ear plugs will fix that. The toilet may talk to you during the night due to the older plumbing system. (sounds only)"

"The location of property is excellent. Just next to the beach. The place has less staff so everything takes long time. They should also get more vegetarian food options. "

"The area is going through a big development. Everywhere looks like a building site. For the price the hotel was fine. Staff didn't have much information for us, so we found out ourselves. Think there are better hotels for similar prices in the area."

"It's cheap businesses attitude. Unfriendly, unhelpful, doesnt feel welcoming as a hotel guest , and unprofessional. The hotel can't even give you a free bottle of mineral water in your hotel room. No toilet paper etc..They will charge you every penny they could. What a cheap businesses model.. "
