"We booked this trip for hospital treatment for my husband. It needed to be within walking distance. The Novotel was just perfect. We booked for 2 nights. On the day of departure, whilst waiting for the UBER, my husband collapsed in the foyer. The manager and another member of staff were just amazing. "Building Work: Not told at booking that I would be woken daily ay 8AM due to renovation works. Electrical wire dangling in main corridor upon arrival, major health and safety breach.
