Perfect for what we needed

It was all that we wanted - close to the concert venue, clean, comfortable. Walls are quite thin, could easily hear people next door just talking but it wasn't a problem.

Novotel London West is the best in the West

Checking-in was excellent, helpful and professional (Ashish). Directed me to my room. Conference facility was great, comfortable bed for the night with good room supplies. Next day breakfast was excellent. Help to store my luggage for the day until the end of conference with smooth and easy check-out.

I stayed with my family for an overnight stay. The hotel was in a walking distance from Hammersmith station. Rooms were decent. Breakfast was very good. Recommended
