The staff was awesome and very helpful, which made the stay much more pleasant. However, the cleanliness of the hotel leaves a lot to be desired. The carpets are noticeably dirty, and overall, the hotel could benefit from more thorough cleaning.

Great position in Hammersmith and overall a good hotel, just a few bits on cleanliness that could be improved, eg trays outside bedrooms seemed to be there for 24 hours.
