The hotel was very noisy with a lot of unruly kids running loudly through the halls while screaming, banging on my door, and playing sports in the hallway until early in the morning. "My room was 78 when I got in. I turned it to cool and thought it was cooling down and went out to dinner. Came back to 90 degrees. Front desk said it was motion detected and gets warmer when you leave. Tried telling me I was on the 3rd floor and heat rises. It was 90 degrees! Asked for new room and front desk was rude, unapologetic, and bothered by my request. "
