This 4 Points Sheridan has been under renovations everytime I stay here. It never gets any better and the restaurant is closed, and the bar suffers from mechanical problems. I am staying elsewhere.

Although they were trying to add newer furniture and such the bathroom door did not close and the shower was a poop set up. Most of all the need to upgrade their linens they mattress pad an sheets were of poor quality and made for uncomfortable sleeping.

Dresser top in room was dirty, very loud down on bar area, I will choose a more quiet area next time, but bed was very comfy, the food and cocktails at the bar were AMAZING! And the staff was very polite.

It was easy access for Detroit and Howell, the 2 places I had to visit. Shopping was great. There was a bar in the hotel which was convenient and the bartender (don’t remember her name), but she was friendly and attentive. The staff was friendly and professional. I liked that the pool was right in the lobby-I didn’t bring a suit, but next time!
