Really clean room, staff is super friendly, kids were sad the indoor pool wasnt open. Biggest complaints was the smell of the water, very minimal pressure of water in the shower ( dont wash your hair the shampoo wont come out) and the beds were hard as a rock. I would stay here again but definitely bring stuff to prepare for these minor issues.

Good hotel. Room clean, bed comfortable. Hotel is close to highway, so highway noise is a problem.

Room was quiet and clean and bigger than I expected. Mattresses were firm and supportive. Check in and check out was easy. Only thing I didn't like was the water. It was very hard and had the smell of iron and there were water stains in the shower. I think they need a better water treatment system. Only stayed one night and it was good for a short stay.

Cons: The floor and room was clean in general. However, the microwave was dirty and smelly. And the worst was the water! It smelled rusty and had an overall bad smell and feel. The shower head was full of rust and we could not take an actual shower or wash our hands in the sink, or use the water for anything. They need to change out their old pipes and have the water tested. Pros: The staff were very nice. Location is convenient right off the interstate.

Staff was lovely! Bed was super comfortable. Bathroom and bedroom quite clean. Also pleased with in room fridge and microwave size. Room had small compromises like one of four lamps not working. Or light bulbs not matching. Towels minimal, but during a weekend when site was fully booked for event.

Great service, not the cleanest

The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Our first room, the toilet wouldn't flush and the phone didn't work to call the front office. We called the front desk from our cellphone to let them know. The clerk came to us with a new room key. The room was a little nicer however, I don't think they sweep or mop the floor everyday or every stay. Also the bathtub was a little iffy so we stood on a towel.
