"We must have come at a bad time because there were no amenities at all. No complimentary breakfast, the fitness room had OUT OF ORDER equipment and the pool was closed. No staff at the desk but arrived after ringing a bell. Had a room on the 3rd floor. A truck ran its engine behind our room half of the night. We stayed 2 nights because we had prepaid but we never saw housekeeping. Didn’t even get fresh towels. It actually felt like we were the only ones in the building. Strangest hotel experience I have ever had."
