Room was clean, staff was friendly, we stayed on New Year’s Eve with another family and had a great time. The pool was super crowded and we had no place to sit. Breakfast was great but same issue there. We had no place to sit and there were 9 of us. Someone gave up their seat so our smallest kids could at least sit and eat.

Spotless room, friendly staff, delicious breakfast offerings. I didn't use the pool or the hot tub because the chlorine smelled so strong I'm afraid I would gone in with brown hair and come out with white hair. Otherwise it's a fantastic place and I'll definitely be back, and hopefully they won't have just used some shock treatment on the pool and they will have fixed the jets on their jacuzzi, and both of the out of order treadmills.

Overall a nice hotel with a pool and hot tub, the area had alot of dining options and a meijer within walking distance. We had a jetted tub room which was nice as well. Quiet, clean, and safe and the staff was nice and friendly too. Will stay here again in the future.
