“Poor service and rundown accomodations”

One day the maid only made one bed. Finally on second night they let us change to downstairs room. They blankets and drapes had holes in them. Counter help outside and not in lobby.

“seen better”

Poor service,premises in Very bad condition! Everything in this hotel is broken, from the pool,hot tub,ice machines,drinking fountains,etc....Stained sheets, rough matress. Old furnitings. Not much else to choose from in IONIA though! I would recommend driving the extra miles to get a good place to stay........

“Rude man at check in at 7/30/10 at about 3:30 PM”

Just make sure after you make your arrangement with someone call the hotel to make sure they have it right. Ours ws for 7/30/10 till 8/1/10 and they one had us for one night and acted as if it was our fault even thought the guy told us someone at American Inn put wrong dates in............
