We were really excited to stay at this hotel as it had great reviews but unfortunately didn't meet our expectations. We didn't have water in the shower and toilet at some point, beds were stained, garbage under the sofa bed, dirty vents. Not so friendly reception and kitchen staff. Overall we would not be back here.

The refrigerator wasn't working in our original room. The front desk staff moved us to another room immediately without any issues. That room was great! Clean. Great rate. They even refunded us when we decided to head home a day early. I would stay there again.

Not the best of Quality Suites I have stayed at. Our room had a toilet that needs the flusher worked on as it likes to stay running. Also the water pressure was weak, and it took far too long for the shower water to even get a little warm. The heater was quite noisy when turning off.

Overall, this is a decent hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the beds are comfortable. The only drawback was the stained couch in our room—it wasn’t very comfortable and could really use replacing. Aside from that, we had no complaints. Would I stay here again? After check in we discovered a sign in the room saying we had to go back to the front desk to request bedding for the pull out.
