"Stayed a night in the queen pod room for four persons and it was ok...very clean, albeit sparse. There's no other furniture in the room, not even a chair/table so we had to sit on the floor. The amenities were basic. They provided toilet paper, towels and hair/body wash, nothing else. The towels smelled a bit musty/damp. The bed was very creaky and the mattress was very thin, like 2 inches, so you can feel the hard board underneath. You can hear noises throughout the night from the busy traffic...

"This hostel is in a pretty good location, close to a lot of restaurants, easy walk to the nearest subway station (Bugis), and within walking distance of some attractions. The hostel itself is pretty basic, the beds are pretty private with the curtains, which is nice, but there is no kitchen or main common area besides the rooftop deck. The 20 bed room on the third floor needs an anti-slam door - I was placed right beside the door and with 19 other people coming and going at all hours with a...

"Dirty rug/towel was in the room when we check in. No iron and ironing board. Every hostel we passed by has one in the lobby. For a short vacay we have no time to look for laundry service. "

"A weight bench a one set of dumbbells is not a gym. I couldn’t vouch for access to the pool, because there was no one at reception during my checkin, checkout or stay. The signs say male showers are on each level but they are either on alternate levels. The showers are adequate but annoying that you have to exit the shower to turn them on. Suggestions, perhaps a shelf in the capsule to put charging devices on, and a towel. I thought towels were standard with ‘bedding supplied’ accommodation now!"

"Sarah runs this place and is super friendly and helpful. It has everything i would want from a hostel, its clean, quiet at night, has good wifi and is in a good location. Note: when trying to find it, its located up one floor from the ground. Would certainly recommend."

"Property is ok but the rate expedia charged me is exceptionally high. 75$SGD per day including taxes while hostel says their standard rental per day is 40$ max while some long term tenants pay only 20$ per day. I feel I should get back the excess charged money from Expedia if incase Expedia believes in fair pricing and customer satisfaction"

"The stay it's self was great. Clean rooms, accessible, good location. However, the reservations team leave a bit of a bad taste in my mouth. I arrived early morning (2am) after being caught in the Dubai Floods, no luggage, over tired etc, so when I booked the room online, it had already clicked over to the next day, I tried to change my booking to the actual night I was there, however they were inflexible and would not support me in a simple movement. I was required to book an additional night....

"The rooms are small and functionable. Fine for 1-2 person. They clean the rooms every few days so you have to be ok with that. There are shared fridges on the floor. Has a small pool and gym. There are common areas in the lobby where you can sit and work with convenient Starbucks dispenser machine and snacks for sale. Staff are friendly and relaxed, but not customer focused. There was a cleaner who was very hardworking, cleaning and dusting the lobby."

"Front desk service is excellent. They are very helpful and able to address any issues encountered promptly. The vicinity of the property is excellent as it is at the center of the financial district. Raffles Place MRT station is just beside the hotel, which connects you to multiple buildings and restaurants via underground passageways."
