“Great surprise”

Everyone was really friendly and went out of their way to assist us. My elderly parents were treated with great care and respect. Our reservations were exactly as requested, our rooms were ready when we arrived. The rooms were great, the handicap room was really large and beautiful. We will go back again, very soon.

“Excellent Place to Stay”

Quiet with an outstanding, clean room. The bed was very comfortable. Restaurants on the premises, with gas and fast food restaurants close by.

“Best of the casino hotels.”

We booked Harrah's for one night, and wished we had stayed there longer! The rooms were well-appointed, and the bed comfortable. There were a good variety of restaurants on site, and the Starbucks for coffee treats was a good find. We returned to Harrah's 2 other evenings to make our "donations" to the slots, and the friendly staff made this an enjoyable time. Only complaint: casino wasn't open 24 hours except on weekends.

“Just the short getaway we needed.”

the hotel was easy to locate and we had no problem finding close parking. Valet parking is available as well. The front desk staff were very friendly when we checked in and directed us to which bank of elevators to use to get to the room. We found the room was clean and smelled pleasant.

“Enjoyed the Stay”

The Room was beautiful. The Restaurants were very good. The staff for the most part was very friendly and helpful. Our biggest issue was that there was nothing for Children to do. The only thing for children is the pool. The pool is indoors, over chlorinated, and a little murky. I wouldn't get in it. How was the Casino? I Don't know. We had to stay back in the room with the kid. But we didn't choose the hotel for the casino. But it would have been nice to at least visit it.

Very nice, room was well maintained, furnishings were very nice. Overall it was a satisifying experience. Would highly reccomend this hotel.
