Great place

Short stay, businesses related. Almost new hotel, beautifully furnished rooms, great lobby and patio area. Workout area was pretty spacious. Breakfast was delicious!

No maid service for two day stays

We liked the hotel and the suite. We did not like the fact that a two night stay did not entitle us to two days of maid service. At most hotels we have the option, the maids (we did not ask the front desk) said we would not receive service unless we stayed three days.

We enjoyed staying at TownPlace Briarcliff. We would stay here again. The room was comfortable, the bed was comfortable, it was clean, and staff, especially Madison at the front desk, were pleasant. The breakfast was good. The neighborhood was splendid.

Staff was very nice. Lobby area and facilities was good. Other than fire pits on patio inoperative. Room had a pet/pee smell. Couch was ripped on arm rest and pillows. Pillows were also dirty and looked worn. Ants were also on nightstand.

I booked my reservation on Expedia and paid for it. I was charged at the regular rate by the hotel and still waiting for a refund. The walls are thin so for 2 nights we didn’t sleep due to the young girls in the next room talking all night and a dog on the other side. I love dogs but I think the dogs should be kept on the same floor so they don’t disturb guests. I don’t recommend this hotel.

Good service but needs some maintenance

We did a staycation to be closer for the Parkville 5k Saturday morning. We booked a 1 bedroom suite but was given the keys to a small double queen bed room. Candance was great at fixing the problem! The hotel is in a nice upgraded area but the couple flaws that need fixed is the one of the elevators didn’t work. The amount of people caused you to wait until it was unloaded so we chose to take the steps instead. The other is the rooms are super nice and bathrooms showers are spacious! The problem is the shower head was so bad it only sprayed out of one opening. Those couple things are disappointing for the overall hotel Brand, area, and price of a room.
