"Location on Kata Noi made for a relaxing stay. Mostly families, couples and singles, so no loud beach crowd. The beach was powdery white sand, the water inviting with 2 no-boat areas sectioned off for swimmers. Quite an array for the complimentary breakfast. Staff easily assisted with day trips and activities. Housekeeping staff is the best, making sure guests have everything they need. In addition to a gorgeous beach, there are a number of pools. Recommended!"

"DO NOT STAY HERE. Our room was very dirty and not what we expected - stains on the sheets and pillows, dirty showerhead, broken toilet seat, unclean A/C unit, non working tv, the most uncomfortable hard bed. The breakfast buffet looked pitiful and we did not even waste our money. We decided after the first night we did not want to stay here ever again, even though we had 2 more nights booked and paid for. We found a much cleaner hotel closer to the beach for $20 more a night. "We went as a family with a 5 year old. Pros - friendly staff, clean, pool open long hours (7am-9pm) and loungers always available. Very good location once you're at the bottom of the short, steep hill. Suggested Improvements but didn't impact overall holiday- breakfast gets repetitive and not much choice for vegetarians unless you're ok with mixed vegetables. Good AC in the rooms but if you feel warm at night there's only thick duvets, no option of thin covers. Kids club is really relevant for...
