Wow! We love this hotel! This is our second time back (we were actually here a few weeks ago). The staff at this hotel are top notch! 10 stars if I could give it to them. The beds are super comfy, the beach is beautiful, the pool is so fun for kids, the kids club is great for kids 10 and under, and they have an activity team for kids and they are the BEST!!! My 5 year old had the time of her life with Carpe Diem team. What a great vacation. (I’ve visited the Centara in Pattaya & Krabi, and this one is the best!)

I’m sorry to say that staff were quite rude around the pool area! When we arrived at 2.30pm we had to wait around for our room and after such a long 15 hour flight all you need is to get to your room. On a fab note we were upgraded for this and we were very happy😀 but the mal staff around the pool area were unhelpful

The property was beautiful, awesome pool, lazy river and beautiful beach right by the resort. The problem is that it’s VERY VERY expensive for everything!! The food, the drinks by the bar absolutely a rip off for being Thailand. They charged 1,200 baht just for service charge because we asked for a bucket of beer. Best to go to the local store to purchase drinks.

I didn't like that we had to pay the deposit for the 7 nights stay I've never been forced to pay that in any other resorts we also stayed 7 nights at diamond cliff resort and only the credit details were required. I now have to follow up and try and get my deposit back. It put a sour note on our stay. I mention it to my friends and they also astonished about that policy.

I particularly liked the exceptional customer service. they went out of there way, however the only thing I didn't like, was for the price it didn't include some free drinks, and dinner options for the price of the hotel. It just seemed like a lot of money for just a room. It was also very crowded, and hard to get sun lounges every day.

My husband and I spent 4 days at the resort and had an amazing time. Great service. Beautiful beach area and pool. Breakfast has a great selection of food for adults and children. Transportation is a little expensive so we ended up downloading app for taxis. Hotel arranged our island trip by speedboat at a great price with an amazing tour guide. We will definitely be back with our kids soon.
