"Large lodge within short walking distance of Prince Gondola number 2. My group of 5 stayed in for 2 nights. We had 2 tatami rooms with the wall divider separated to make the room 1 large room. Sleeping arangements were Futons on the floor which we had to unfold and prepare ourselves, but everything was provided in the cupboards. Sinks, toilets are shared with everyone on the same floor but there is plenty to go around for everyone. There is also a mens only and womens only communal bath on...

"Good value for the money. Five of us stayed in one room. The building was older and the amenities were basic but you get what you pay for. The service was friendly and excellent. He didn't speak much English but it was easy enough understanding what he was saying and he had signs in English as well to explain things. Because of covid the onsen/shower hours are reduced but it was still enjoyable. The room was clean and a heater was provided as well as hot water for tea. The futons were clean and...

"Lovely Japanese couple owned. Great room size and has public onsen. Easy access to ski slope via bus stop near front door. Down sides were the age of amenities and distance from main town for shopping and nightlife i.e. buses stopped at 6pm so was a 30 min walk home."
