Property Amenities
In addition to a casino and separate poker room, Lakeside Inn and Casino's main two-story building features two restaurants, a small gift shop stocked with sundries, and a lobby with a fireplace, complimentary newspapers, and complimentary wireless Internet access. The Stateline, Nevada hotel has a spa tub is open year round; is adjacent to a small heated pool that open during the summer.
Rooms
This Nevada hotel has 124 guestrooms in three two-story shingled buildings named for local landmarks. Two of the three buildings, Glenbrook and Marla Bay Lodges (no elevators), offer direct room access from the parking lot. The Edgewood Lodge has an elevator and an interior corridor.
Lakeside Inn and Casino rooms are furnished with contemporary mountain-style decor, including wood-paneled walls, local artwork, and lodge-style hickory furniture. All have coffeemakers, cable television, and closets with ski racks. All rooms offer complimentary wireless Internet access.

Timber House Restaurant - Vintage Tahoe photos and wood paneling line the walls of this second-story coffee shop. Prime Rib is the house specialty, and the menu also features soups, salads, sandwiches, and healthy selections. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. An adjacent bar serves cocktails and coffee in the evenings.
Latin Soul Restaurant - Latin Soul is authentic, contemporary, distinctive and tasteful. Ideal for a gathering of friends or an intimate dinner for two. The chef artistically combines fresh ingredients from Mexico, Central and South America and the Caribbean into a fusion of rare flavours.
Tavern Bar - A wide variety of draft and bottled beers, selection of sandwiches, and 32 television screens make this sports bar a popular spot. Open 24 hours.
Recreation
Guests have access to a year-round outdoor spa tub, adjacent to a small pool open during the summer.
Guests also receive complimentary passes to the Kahle Community Center, located one half-mile from the inn. Owned and operated by the county, the center features a full-size gym, indoor jogging track, weight room with cardio equipment, fitness classes, and indoor and outdoor playgrounds.
The Gondola at Heavenly is a mile from the Nevada hotel. Sleigh rides are available one half-mile away, and several outfitters offer area snowmobile tours. Mountain biking, hiking, and boating are popular in the summer months, and top-rated Edgewood Tahoe Golf Course is next door. Seasonal gear rentals are available in the vicinity.

Very satisfied - happy that restaurants are now 100% non-smoking.

Has one of the best restaurants in town right there !! Casino was real friendly and nice to play at. Rooms were easy access and incredibly looked after... An outstanding value !!
“Wonderful Week”
We enjoyed our stay at Lakeside very much. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel restaraunts were enjoyable and very reasonably priced. I would definitely stay there again.

The machine would let you play and not just take your money. The food is great for the price.

Wonderful hotel, not to far from all the fun of Tahoe. Ski Lodge rooms with plenty of space. Our friends at the other hotel said they felt cheated by the size of their rooms.

We stayed there in August, 2010 and could not have been more satisfied. The rooms were large and comfortable. We liked the old school decor. The staff was helpful and the price was right.

“Definitely first choice”
My boyfriend and I had such a wonderful experience that we will definitely make the Lakeside Inn our first choice when staying in Tahoe. From the first point of contact we were greeted with smiles and kindness. The Timber House restaurant workers were nothing but attentive and friendly. At no time did we have to ask the waitress for anything. She just knew. Housekeeping even folded some of our towels into cute little shapes. Overall, very relaxing and homey feel.
“Loved the $2 Drinks”
This hotel was a great place to stay - it wasn't all that flash, but the room was very comfortable and clean, and the service was great. The hot pools were also very welcome, and no-one else seemed to use them! It was also great having cheap drinks, casinos and restaurants all under the same roof. We would definitely recommend this hotel.
“High Quality for the Budget Minded”
Friendly staff, beautiful rooms, and located in a great location (less than 1/2 mile from the Heavenly gondola). We will definitely come back next year. Compared to the other hotels in the same price range, this one is at the top of the heap.
