Overall it's an excellent property I would stay there again. "

"Had great front desk and bell and valet staff. Took housekeeping a couple of hours to deliver the sheets for the pullout bed for out child (well past her bedtime). We liked that there was 2 bathrooms but didn't like that there was a coat of pink slime on the floor of one of the showers. Opted for a late checkout and was locked out of room when we returned from the event we were attending. Probably would rather try out a different hotel next time in town. "

"Room was filthy security had to escort us to our room because there was a huge sorority and they were blocking all of the elevators mind. You there was a cheer competition there this weekend full of kids, and you had drunk idiots all throughout the hotel hogging all of the elevators it was completely ridiculous. "

"I didn’t realize I had stayed here before, but you can definitely tell the rooms have been upgraded—they felt fresh and comfortable. The Ridge Sierra also shares amenities with another nearby resort just a few minutes away, and there’s a convenient shuttle that can pick you up anytime. The indoor/outdoor pool was a lifesaver—it kept my kids entertained the whole time. They also offer activities for both kids and adults, which was a nice bonus. Plus, it’s only about 9 minutes from the gondola, making it a great location overall."
