"Friendly staff but understaffed. Nobody answers the phone when you call front desk or housekeeping. Left a voicemail for housekeeping to clean my room on one day and they did not clean the room. Hot tub/jacuzzi was broken my entire stay and did not see any workers trying to get it fixed. (Great hot tub when operational!!) Overall hotel is dingy and needs a deep cleaning. Price is good and close to Heavenly Valley Gondola."

"I booked this hotel because it was mentioned that this is a family friendly property . We were put up in an isolated building far away from the main building .The two rooms we got were on different floors. Next day our keys stopped working , our phones did not work , the building was so outdated that even to enter the room we had to go through an outdated elevator and an open area . There was no one i could talk to when our keys stopped working and there was no way to contact the main building as our room phones were broken(both the rooms) . i called the office through my phone and no one picked up. We had the worst experience and complained to the main office the next day . They then moved us to a new building on the second day of our stay . Why were we put in such a bad building and room when we are paying more than 1300 dollars for our stay . I do not expect hotels.com to randomly assign us bad rooms .It caused so much inconvenience to us as we had 3 kids with us "

"The room was clean and it was modern. It was close to restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Had a great stay here, definitely will stay her again when we come back. "

"This was a beautiful experience from start to finish. The hotel is spectacular with stellar staff that met my every need. The views are gorgeous. Doug at Edgewood restaurant and lounge definitely went the extra mile. The rooms were cozy, just wish there was more storage space. Food and drinks on property were good and fire pit smores were a highlight. 10/10 can’t wait to come back. "

"This is a timeshare accomodation but was reserved through cheaptickets. We love worldmark because it's staying in a fully furnished condo. We cook breakfast and have freshly brewed coffee in the room before going out. The place is newly renovated. The staff is great, parking is never an issue. It's on Kingsbury grade, we like it because it's far from the noisy blvd "
