No room service, no housekeeping unless you request it, air conditioning was out in the whole hotel/casino, one bell hop for the entire joint, one or two tables operating on the floor.

Room was nice and large. Bed not so comfortable. Nice big bathroom and shower. Hotel could use some curb appeal at front entrance. Dead plants, dirty sidewalk at entrance, do not make a good first impression.

The room was very unclean (only thing possibly clean was the beds were made) . Just not satisfied for the price you pay! Pool area looked really cool but was closed for maintenance during my stay. I did like the location was walk able .

The property is very dark since it was MontBleu. Gone are the bright colors and welcoming feel. There are somethings that remain from Montbleu, making it feel like the property has an identity crisis. A lot of the slot machines have been removed making the slot floor very empty. No cafe or coffee shop. If you want an early morning coffee, walk over to Harrah's or Harveys. Gift shop is only open until 6PM, but if you need anything luckily there is a CVS next door. Rooms are ok. The bathroom makes you feel like you are back in a dorm. If you are looking for a place to sleep and located close to things to do in Tahoe, this would be a place.

This facility used to be beautiful, now is Like a cheap side road motel the toilet paper holder felt down just as I touched, a bedroom chair very old and tearing down both arms the bath towels were small and the reporting the problems did not help they charged for resort and parking whe the price was room taxes and fees charged by a the third party doing the reservation and did not disclosed the other fees

I would never stay here again. So many better and cheaper hotels around that offer A LOT more. The staff here isn’t helpful at all, not even sure most of the speak English. Trying to get a manger to help you is nearly impossible. We were in town for the celebrity golf tournament. The front desk agent couldnt give us any information on the event or if shuttles were available. He continued to say I don’t know. I later asked the same employee for silverware and he said he didn’t know. When I approached the main front desk the employee was leaning on the counter sleeping. He didn’t know if they had silverware, when I asked another employee they wer able to tell me at the cafe. This hotel had wall paper peeling off the walls, the ice machine was dirty and you could hear it running for hours. The casino and lobby itself smell bad. You walk into the other casinos/hotels adjacent to it and they are nice and clean. Doesn’t smell dingy and old like Bally’s. Wasn’t worth the money or aggravation.

This was one of our favorite hotel stays!!!!! I e has the premium room and it was so spacious!! The beds are comfy, the bathroom was amazingly big and the walk in shower was incredible! The large tabletop area was convenient for my kids to eat their breakfast at. But the best part of this stay was the VIEWS!!!!! We couldn’t stop looking out the windows!!! It was magical. Highly recommend staying here…it is so worth the money!!!

This was a very disappointing stay. The rooms were not updated nor attractive. There were no USB ports at all and no working plugs near the beds. The pool was closed more than it was open. Although not mentioned at booking or check-in, rooms are not cleaned nor fresh towels provided during multi-night stays unless requested specifically by the guest. How did we learn this? By returning after a full day out with our kids to unmade beds, full trash cans, damp towels as we left them, nothing cleaned nor replenished. I called the front desk and was told that it was printed on something in the room that service had to be specifically requested. After talking about it, I asked for that person’s name. Interestingly, she hung up on me. My impression was decidedly that Bally’s does not care if their guests are happy or not. The choice to not provide room cleaning seems lazy and cheap, and a feeble attempt to use the pandemic of 4/5 years ago as a stale excuse to reduce their efforts and costs. They have no problem charging for parking and a “resort fee” but don’t seem to care about providing value. We will not be back.

The fact that I stayed there for full price and the weather was not so good so my son wanted to use the amenities such as the pool and it was closed for our stay . I do not like paying for something full Price but get half the use of hotel .
