There was approximately 5 pools, a full hotel for spring break and we only got into the pool area for a couple hours our first day of our 5 day trip. The rest of the time, lines were very long and seats were taken. On top of that, we were charged $50 each night for hotel amenities that either didn’t exist or we didn’t have access to. These charges were well hidden. We were under the impression that all fees were included when we booked the hotel. Very disappointing! "
