"Did not like the fact that an upgrade was required to have mini fridge. This is a standard where I come from. There were a few items that showed wearing of an older hotel like the dresser would not stay closed but that is a small thing. The rest was awesome. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Only wish when checking in there was someone available to answer questions like which direction is the CT Tower, guidance to check in was all self check in and on a Friday night busy. But still there should be more than 2 people to cover 8 to 10 machines of people who do not know what or where they are going. Or how about being told things like Friday and Saturday night is the adult only 1 to 10 and bar/restaurant X is closed right now. Simple Customer service things you don't get from a machine."
