Large room that was so lovely and comfortable. Staff here are absolutely the nicest I've ever encountered at a hotel. Numerous food choices as well as shopping opportunities. I highly recommend staying here! We only left the property to go to the Sphere. There was everything we needed under that roof!

Amazing luxurious room. We didn't go for the casino's but instead used this as a base to visit Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam, (2hrs to Canyon and 40 mins to hoover dam). I didn't realise at the time of booking we had booked a suite, which was huge, with a lovely living room, very large comfy bed and a gorgeous bathroom that I wanted to take home with me. Plenty of restaurants in the Venetian. Would definitely recommend, very good value for money.

The room was very spacious and clean. The property is difficult to navigate. And all the “amenities” were not easy to receive. Security staff was so helpful and nice, but lobby staff and guest services staff acted annoyed. Best part was walking path to Sphere.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed, which made getting around easy and convenient. The property was very clean, well-maintained, and you could tell the staff takes pride in keeping everything in excellent condition. The amenities were a great bonus and made my stay even more enjoyable. You really don’t have to leave the property if you don’t want to. Everything was comfortable, organized, and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and welcoming place to stay.

Spent a quick adult weekend getaway away from our two small children for our birthdays and went to see No Doubt concert Not our first time at Venetian we appreciate the luxury of the hotel The convenience to the concert was top tier as i’m also expecting baby 3 the walk was easy ! Plenty of pool options enjoyed some poolside services I always love to use their gym and get a smoothie afterwards Was a fun enjoyable weekend at the Venetian will always return

It has a stunning decor in the rooms. A wonderful soaking tub and shower. Machines are tight, but of course what’s new! Food is yummy! We had 3 unexpected fees from the room supplied concessions (we did not use anything!) but they Removed the fees with zero hesitation!

Rooms were beautiful and very clean. Easy to get around. Like every where else in America, they could use more help. Girls delivering drinks while we gambled or in the pool took forever with our drinks making it impossible to move around. Biggest complaint is when the closed the sky walk connected to the sphere with no warning, we had to walk the long way around in the massive heat thanks to Google maps. Would have been nice to get notice on the closure. Some poor girl missed her show at the sphere due to this and of course there is a no refund policy. Front lobby staff was excellent and very helpful.

The venetian fell short in good customer service. We arrived to the hotel around 3pm the check in counter agent Sean was terrific both our rooms were ready so we dropped off our luggage at our suites quickly toured the strip caught a show at the sphereg got to our rooms around 10:28pm to find our king size bed sheets and comforter spoiled with what seemed to be blood. We quickly called house keeping took us 3 times of repeated calls finally they came to change the sheets now it's 12:20 am. Next few nights we had to remind housekeeping to please leave clean towels. Mamgers or house keeping supervisor never bother to explain why this was not address or caught during the routine cleaning of the rooms. Photos and video were taken by us and the house keeper to back up our story.. As of yet no one has tried reaching out to us.

The Venician is centrally located on the strip. The staff, ambience and food were great. My criticism was with housekeeping. We booked four nights and only received one maid service of the room. I asked at check in if there was daily maid service and they said there was. We constantly had to call down for more towels which were provided quickly but it was a pain. There was a note in the bathroom about participating in their environment program regarding the towels. They asked that we reuse the towels to save water/soap, etc. and to hand them up. We had not problem with that but there was absolutely NO towel racks to hang them up on. There was plenty of wall room in the bathroom for several racks. So the used towels went into the bath tub. The shower had hair on the walls when we arrived and the top hinge on the shower door was sticking very badly and you couldn't fully close it. And this was in a room that was supposedly recently refurbished. It just seemed like there just wasn't enough housekeeping staff to do all the work. We came back to our room at 9:30 pm one evening and they were cleaning the room at nine o'clock in the evening.

Although many things, restaurants and bottled water, etc are highly overpriced all over Las Vegas, Bouchon had excellent food and service and the Sala bar was great! Check in was a breeze and friendly.
