Our stay was okay. We planned on swimming, but the pools were closed for construction. I suggest the hotel build an indoor pool for guests in the winter time.

Smooth process the entire trip

Let me start with that the property is beautiful.restaurants were INCREDIBLE! Staff was very friendly and genuinely helpful. It was unfortunate that my room wasn’t cleaned properly (Toilet. Dirty bed sheets) upon arrival. Called front desk. They came to clean. Bathroom continued to smell like smoke the entire time (I was in a non smoking room).

I’ve always enjoyed staying at PH! It’s affordable and on the trip. In the middle of everything! Near good food options

I was dissappointed in the staff that checked us in . I payed for an early checkin and was told Iwould be charged deposit for damages but Iwould get that back in 3 to 5 business days and then another add on for gym and wifi use . I told them i did not need those and that i had paid everything with expedia and was told they are not allowed to charge these . So a serious extra amount more after i already paid my trip is not exceptable i was very dissappointed because was not told that up front . Also here is the best part my daughter did self checkin and didnt have to pay for the gym or wifi. So wont be staying at Cesars again .
