I only ever stay at the Peppermill while in Reno. I’ve been staying here for decades and it’s always been consistent on cleanliness, friendliness and great food. Rooms are cheap, gaming is fun and food is good. I always have a great time here.

The staff at the Peppermill were very accommodating. The lady that helped me get my room with bath bars and I asked if I could stay at the main part of the hotel so that I didn’t have to walk to the other part of the Hotel. She told me sure. I told her I was in Reno for a recent doctors appointment and had an injured hip. She went above and beyond to make sure I could have my room close to the main lobby. My room was comfortable, clean and the temperature was perfect with the A/C Overall I had a great stay.
