The rooms are nice, but I had a bad experience when I went to go grab the towel to dry off. There was a blood mark on it. I told the staff and they did nothing about it therefore, I don’t give this hotel rating.

We ended up arriving without the room that I requested, our 2 rooms were gone & given to others despite multiple calls I did because of our delayed flight. When you call the hotel there’s customer service that will respond and over promise you, but when you reach the front desk, your request wasn’t properly coordinated. I lost my 2 rooms with 2 double beds despite multiple calls. Front desk said they have no idea cause there’s no notation from the people that I spoke to earlier. The hotel service sucks cause we lost our rooms and it was 2am already me and my kids were too exhausted. They did the same to my 2 colleagues,

The only thing I wish I would’ve been aware of is the high price you have to pay when you check in it was originally supposed to be $800 that I was going to have to pay that was including the resort fees, which was 256 and the other amount of money was how much they were going to have down as a deposit I haven’t gotten that money back yet, but I will be waiting for it soon
