No Wifi made it impossible to work. I reserved a King bedroom and didn't receive it. I was promised a $40 beverage credit and didn't receive it. The property is in decline.

Pros: Lillia at check in was great and sent us chocolate dipped berries as we were celebrating our Anniversary. Also being Expedia Gold, we got a free upper floor upgrade and a room with a fantastic view plus a $40 beverage credit. Hotel is classy and clean. Cons: billing confusion issues. They billed us for the chocolate dipped berries we didn’t order, and we also didn’t get the $40 beverage credit. Only after talking to 3 different persons in the billing department did we get a bit of clarification. Still, while asking about the charges, we were told that none of the places we dined at or purchased beverages (all in the Wynn Hotel with receipts showing ‘Wynn’ ) aren’t included in the $40 beverage credit. What? Why? Also I noticed only 1 robe was replaced on our 2nd night (hopefully they don’t charge that to us too) and we had to request for slippers for our room use.

We booked a room at Encore. We were given a room at Wynn. The room was fabulous, with possibly the most comfortable hotel bed ever. The $45 resort fee only covers the exercise room. We arrived back from a long hike in nearby Valley of Fire park looking forward to a dip in the spa hot tub. It is a $100 fee Per Person to use the spa sauna, dip pools, or hot tub and all the regular pools were closed. We went to see Awakenings and found it disappointing as well. The stage is awesome as are the costumes. They introduced all of that in the first 5 minutes, so the rest is average dancing with a terrible storyline. The breakfast buffet was good, with lots of variety, but it should be for $50 a person. The Wynn is one of the last properties on the strip, so walking to other hotels is quite a hike. We were not thrilled with our overall experience here, and will choose a different property for our next trip to Vegas.

When we checked in Danya was exceptional. She noted that we were exhausted and provided us with a bottle of water and inquired how she could make our stay better. I explained that we had driven from AZ after spending a week closing up my brother’s apartment after his death. She was very kind and ensured our check in experience was a good one. We got to our room, ordered room service and crashed. 20 minutes later there was a knock on our door. We were surprised that room service was that quick when they quoted us 45 minutes. Imagine our surprise when there was a staff member with a condolence card and a box of chocolates. Danya made a very tough week so much better. Our room accommodations were also upgraded to a view of the strip. We had a very relaxing evening.

There is no complementary water in the room There’s no bath slippers and even after I requested them they didn’t send any to the room!
