"This is a nice condo with lots of room a well stocked kitchen. I have rented numerous properties over the years and without a doubt, I have never had an owner as organized as Kenneth. The condo is located in Incline Village, as good a starting point as any for your Tahoe adventures. If you have access to a vehicle, there are lots of things within an hour. I would stay here again. Check-in instructions were very last minute and they required photographic proof of who we were. Though we booked via Expedia, the information was provided by Evolve. We had previous problems with Evolve on exactly the matters above. Location is great and the development is good."
