"Very basic property, clean attentive attentive staff. Beds are not comfortable and need to be replaced. Not enough power outlets for charging. "

Two main Food Service places I've had very good luck with and have my favorites at each for Breakfast and Dinner Not the cheapest meal in town, but I don't expect that in a place like this. Sort of my splurge moment. I sure can't complain about the rooms or comfort, not where I spend most of my time but comfortable while here. "

"They seem to over book. I had a specific room due to calibrating a birthday and they were trying to down grade the room. And kept saying they were looking for it and waiting for the manager but they never came to help resolve the issue.I said I would like the room I reserved and got put in the older tower. When we walked in the sheets had stains and trash in the hallway "

"Comfortable beds"

"Got to the property early, did the pre check in and was told my room number and that I would receive a call when my room was ready. Went back at 3:00 ( official check in time) and was told my room still was not ready and they told me my room a different room number than what they told me before, which leads me to believe my room was given away. They again told me I would receive a call when my room was ready, by 5:30 and I still hadn’t heard from them so I went back and they were able to find me a room at that time but again it was a different room number, which leads me to believe they gave my room away once again. Very unhappy with the customer service of the front desk staff. I paid for a resort fee and didn’t even get into my room until almost 6:30 and then it was time to eat dinner so I didn’t even get to use the resort as I was checking out the next day. "

"Cleanest hotel in Reno, dog friendly, and no smoking. Will book again! "

"Dirty floors, walls, the place was in disrepair. Sheets looked like they were used. Staff was argumentive. Way overpriced for a low rate hotel. "

"The worst experience ever!!!! Will never stay here again. In fact we had to check out of the room early and lose our money because we can’t even sleep at all. There’s some kind of violence going on next door and the people were screaming and yelling and slamming door until 5:30am. You can hear the phone ring in the next room and the whole conversation. When we opened the patio door and there are homeless people walking around. It’s kind of scary to stay there. Stay away."
