"I spent 5 times on the phone with Landing and was told my issue would be followed up with; on day 6/10 I finally got a resolution on my issues on being able to access the pool, hot tub, or gym; which were the biggest factors in booking this location. Instructions were vague and not detailed enough to give me complete knowledge of what to do or where to go upon arrival. Check in process was complex and frustrating. Overall very frustrating experience. 0 star review"

"It was clean and convenient. Good value for the money. I wish more information was printed instead of relying on the online information all the time. (For example, why is the wifi access password online? I got it by pulling up email on my phone (not preferred), searching for the kasa link, logging in to the app from there, and THEN finding the password to connect. Please instead just print it on the piece of paper in the room!"
