"Loved all the options at Cafe Central at The Silver Legacy. I had the chicken teriyaki bowl. It was so tasty! I also worked out at the gym which was broken down into two rooms-one for machines and the other was the weight room. Great equipment to work out with! Loved the fact that you can walk from The Silver Legacy to El Dorado & Circus Circus to see all the restaurants, shops & casinos, etc.! We just got as far as The El Dorado, but loved all the options to eat."
"The hotel is very nice (I think just a few years old for this renovation). We only stayed one quick night passing through Reno, so we didn't get a chance to use any of the amenities, but the room and hotel in general was great.
We first got into a room that looked directly down on a major construction project just getting started (they are expanding their pool area). We went immediately back to the front desk, and she was very helpful and upgraded us to a small suite with a kitchenette.
Things were very quiet in that room - no construction work wakeups the next morning. "
"the updates was nice. sky tower room was quite but a bit confusing to find the pathways due to renovations and parking was tough due to an event happening during our stay"
"We didn’t like that there was limited hotel parking and that we incurred a $15 a day parking fee. Breakfast was tasty and complimentary! We did find it strange that most housekeeping staff did not understand English. We asked for a few items and at least 4 different employees could not comprehend what we were asking for ie: a garbage bag, glasses for the room, towels, and a bathroom scale to weigh our luggage. Usually there is a scale in every fitness center of every hotel we’ve ever stayed in. But not here. Perhaps they could put one in. "
"Excellent communication with clear instructions on how to access parking and room. Mobile key works great as well. The site is well manages. Mobile app works well for check in and check out as well as access to the room."
