“Great Stay”
The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and fully stocked with everything that would be needed except your groceries. The views were fantastic. The shuttle service was great. Everyone was helpful and pleasant and I am looking forward to my next trip to Tahoe as this is where I plan to stay
“Ski weekend”
great experience in particular since i was upgraded to a one bed suite. Conveninent with the restaurant of good quality, on site, and affordable.
“Great 2-bedroom condo!”
We had a GREAT stay at The Ridge. We had a 2-bedroom condo with full kitchen and it was a great size for 2 families (4 adults and 3 kids). The Ridge amenities were nice - we skiied Heavenly (loved the easy access to the lifts), swam in the pool, got massages, and just enjoyed hanging out in our room! The staff was excellent and very prompt in responding to our request for more pillows and a new toaster (the one in the room was not working).
“heaven on earth”
great place and views.well stocked, felt like home...
“Enjoyed our stay!”
Our family of five spent the weekend at the Ridge Tahoe and had a wonderful time! We had a very clean 2 bedroom suite, complete with full kitchen and 2 baths. The beds in both bedrooms were Sleep Number beds, which were a plus. The living room had a roomy sectional and 2 chairs, perfect for enjoying the fireplace. The Ridge is a few miles from the casinos, so if you want to be where the action is, keep this in mind, however, there is a shuttle that picks up/drops off to and from the casino area. Another plus we're the amenities: indoor and outdoor pool, spa, movie nights and more. Overall a great experience and would like to come back during the winter season!
“Tahoes Best”
One of the best get aways you'll ever have. A little off the wayside but well worth the drive up. Lots of amenties and great views too.
“Exceeded expecations”
I booked it because it was best choice for the price for 1 bedroom suite. It was discounted because it's a bit far from the Tahoe lake and ski season is over. It takes around 12 min from Nevada-California border to get there, so it's Ok, more over you get amazing view from your windows near-by-lake hotels never provide :) For the price I paid I got amazing quality stay which I could not find somewhere else nearby lake. I read reviews before my visit and remember somebody said rooms are a bit outdated, however I found our suite was up-to-date, well-decorated, quite clean, and full of helpful things like washer/dryer, kitchen with kitchen utensils, even Sleep Number. It's seems to be condo, so I'm not sure all this rooms are so great, just in case: we had room 2214, the Plaza building.
“Great place”
Beautiful location with lots to do for families- on site movie theater, pool, playground, basketball and tennis, spa, etc.. Nice rooms, a little worn in but updates like comfy mattresses and flat screen tvs go a long way. The only negative was no AC in our room. Not sure if this is the case with all rooms. This place is tucked up in the mountains a bit about 15 minutes from town. We will be returning in the fall!
“heavenly stay”
Great hotel at a great price. Next to heavenly slopes.
“Wow, can't wait to go back!”
We were extremely impressed by our room. We stayed in the tower, and the condos there are more like homes. Our unit had a full-sized kitchen with beautiful granite countertops, full sized appliances and a nice bar area for visiting while cooking. The kitchen/dining and living room areas are open, so it feels very large. The views of the valley below were amazing. The Ridge is located at the peak of the mountain and surrounded by beautiful pines. We liked being able to try a sleep number bed, it was comfy. We wish we had longer to stay, because the place offers so many activities. The store located near the check in desk across the street has a good selection of movie rentals. There's a nice restaurant there, too. We plan to go back and stay longer. It's a great place at an amazing price.
