The Front desk agent kept my ID, struggled with check in overall as was still in training. That is understandable but this whole process cost me time, and was very inconvenient. To store luggage, as my requested late check out was an additional 30 mins? The line was about 30 mins to check luggage at bell desk. The pool area was nice, very busy. We ate 4 meals at the property, had table seats at House of Blues, spent a considerable amount of money, opting for The Bellagio, Venetian in June!
