The room had pills on the floor from the previous stay. Hair was on the shower walls. A razor was left in the bathroom from someone who was shaving. The room was not cleaned properly. I had my dog with me so who knows if they consumed a pill on accident.

Beautiful! we really loved that its all connected to 3other resorts. Mandalay, The Luxor, and Excalibur You can explore all 3together without even having to step outside, which was great being the 1st evening we got in it was super windy and cold. so it worked out.

The staff were extremely helpful and genuinely pleasant to work with. My only complaint about my experience with the resort was there was no free coffee (a staple in my morning routine), and we couldn’t use the mini fridge for our own beverages. Certainly not a dealbreaker, but very inconvenient.

What an amazing pool! So fun. The atmosphere around it was great. There was a piece of granola bar inside our sofa bed … but everything else was clean, so I think that was an oversight.

Reserved hotel room at “Mandalay Bay” upon arrival escorted to another property “Delano”. This hotel is NOT at the Mandalay Bay but a long walk adjacent from it. We brought our family and children thinking we would be on property. Luggage took 2 hours to arrive to room because it was at the “Delano”. Extra blankets took 2 hours to arrive bc it was at the “Delano”. Pool access is a LONG walk. Don’t use Expedia for bookings it was a scam.

The property was okay. I like the ambience of the hotel and the lobby. The room does not quite match the vibe of the lobby and the walk up to the room. My room wasn't the cleanliest overall it served it's purpose.

I paid for early check in, the guest services agent kept my phone and issued key to amenities not room, my family could not access room for 1.5 hrs as they could not call me! The Front desk agent kept my ID, struggled with check in overall as was still in training. That is understandable but this whole process cost me time, and was very inconvenient. To store luggage, as my requested late check out was an additional 30 mins? The line was about 30 mins to check luggage at bell desk. The pool area was nice, very busy. We ate 4 meals at the property, had table seats at House of Blues, spent a considerable amount of money, opting for The Bellagio, Venetian in June!

Great stay overall; disappointed at check in by rude staff member who couldn't figure out that we booked two rooms through expedia. When I showed him my reservation confirmation he doubled down that "his system" didnt show it, and thats just how it was bit je could give us the one room. Had to ask repeatedly for a manager and another employee found the reservation for us!

The staff was amazing and friendly. The food was great, specifically at the House of Blues, and Libertine Social. I juat wish any place stayes open past 12am. It was impossible to find food!

Dont stay there not good service terrible expensive place ..its pretty place nice things BUT THE PLACE IS VERY EXPENSIVE AND SERVICE IS AWFUL .450.00 POOL BAR AND FOOD BILL 1 HOT DOG AND FRIES COULDNT EVEN EAT SOUR SMELLING AND FRIES THAT WE SO LIKE STONE HARD PIGEONS WOULDNT EAT THEM . BOOZE AND DRINKS 44 00 FROZEN DRINK AND SERVICE WAS NOT NICE. OUR ROOM WASNT READY CHANGED MY ROOM TO ANOTHER ROOM AREA..FAR WALK FAR DISTANCE TO STRIP AND MANY OTHER ISSUES THE FOOD WAS AWFUL ANYONE THAT WAS IN CASINO . POOL WAS NOT WHAT PIC SHOWED NO MUSIC NO PLACE TO EVEN SIT THE AREA WAS SMALL PEOPLE ALSO KNOW THAT PLACE HAD THE SHOOTING I DIDNT EVEN KNOW OR REALIZE FAR FROM STRIP WAY AWAY 30 BUCKS CAB FEE AND MORE . If you have an event at Allegiant Stadium this is the hotel for you. A fifteen minute walk tops from Mandalay Bay to the stadium. Good shopping and great restaurants.

The Mandalay Bay was clean and the room was pleasant. The staff were friendly. The hallways smelled of stale cigarette smoke. The resort fees were high, the prices in Vegas in general are very high lately, more so than previously. There was a 50$ fee if you used the refrigerator. The hotel did offer us a complimentary non- motion sensor fridge for the inconvenience of having expected to have one. It did not get delivered though until a couple of days later when we called to check in about it. The poll area needs a few more shades areas. Though there may be fewer $75 umbrella rentals if that were the case. All in all, our stay at the Mandalay Bay was good, we just find the fees excessive and not completely justified

The property needs a facelift, it's looking old, especially the guest rooms. The bathroom shower tiles are broken, and towels are thin. TOO expensive minibar. Need more coffee stations in the lobby near elevators.

The entire property was fairly nice. My big dissatisfaction was the fact that I was on floor 35 and loud, pulsating music played until 11pm a couple of floors above me and then loud conversation happened for the next several hours. You could also hear the 18 wheeler trucks zooming by all night in the highway!
