“nice Hotel”
Nice hotel,with good location,the breakfast is super,the staff is very helpful and corteous.
“Clean, well maintained rooms.”
Clean, well maintained rooms. Friendly staff. Free wifi with strong signal from room. Walk on/walk off bus stops right outside. 5 min walk from main bus station and 5 min walk to 2 metro stations. Easy to access other areas of Lisbon via public transport system. Our room was quiet and beds and bedding were comfortable.
“Hotel for family”
With 2 children, it's not easy to find hotel where the family fits into one room that doesn't cost the earth. Novotel Lisboa is a good quality hotel where this is possible. We travelled daily to town centre using metro - nearest station is 5 minutes walk from the hotel, once you know the route. Lisboa metro is clean, safe and efficient. Happy to use this hotel again with family.

This hotel is very clean, efficient, and centrally located. The area isn't great, but it's right next to a train station and a 10 minute ride to downtown. Wonderful.
“Great time in Lisbon”
I will definitely recomend this hotel. Extremely frindly staff, when we asked after check-in where we can buy travelcards we were given 4 of them by the receptionist saying they were valid for the rest of the day left by guest going to the airport. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic.We will definitely come back!

Hotel is well positioned near Praça de Espanha. The Metro is just 5 min away, walking distance. The only drawback is a prepayment authorization to use hotel services.
“Modern and Beautiful”
We were very pleasntly surprised by the quality of the hotel at the price we paid.A very good deal.The price did not include the breakfast.We shopped locally for breakfast.I think that you might have two prices.One with breakfast and one without so people could chose.The buffet breakfast looked good,but when purchased as an add on,was quite expensive.

Lovely hotel great location, easy access to the centre and my only quarm was it was a bit too businessy! still had an amazing time tho!
