The Duo hotel is located near but not in the very crowded Lisbon downtown. Perfect spot, lots of food options around (Time out market, breakfast/lunch, etc.). Staff was very helpful and actioned on feedback quickly. Great option for families, we will come back.

I arrived late in the evening, and the front desk receptionist was welcoming, friendly, and full of great recommendations for a late-night bite. Throughout my stay, the front desk team continued to be incredibly helpful and kind, always greeting me with a smile and making me feel right at home. The restaurant staff were attentive and went above and beyond to make my experience pleasant. The variety and quality of the breakfast options were truly exceptional. One of a kind and absolutely delicious. The room was thoughtfully designed with premium finishes , from the plush bath towels and soft sheets to the elegant stationery. Every detail felt intentional and designed with the guest in mind. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for comfort, style, and exceptional service!

Disappointing - lots to improve

I arrived in the afternoon and found out that the hotel had no water anymore! I understand that it wasn't their fault, but they dealt with it inappropriately. Gave me some water bottles, but when I asked for more, said they couldn't!! All in all the hotel is new, but the staff is clueless. Shame because it could be a lot better, the hotel itself has potential.

The location is truly outstanding, with Lisbon’s highlights easily accessible, which made exploring effortless. The highlight of my stay was without a doubt the buffet. Every offering was fresh, varied, and absolutely delicious. It set a high standard and quickly became something I looked forward to each day. What truly elevated the experience, however, was the service. Ganga and Sumanga went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Their kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care did not go unnoticed—they made the stay feel warm and personal. I would highly recommend Duo Hotel Lisbon to anyone travelling to Lisbon. It delivers not only on comfort and location, but also on hospitality in its finest form.

Hotel nuevo

El Duo Hotel es un hotel nuevo en Lisboa, esta muy bonito y delicadamente decorado, las camas muy comodas, el funciona muy bien, el baño esta bueno tambien. Mi sugerencia la hotel es que le falta un tocador, o mas espacio en el baño para los toiletries y mas area para colgar ropa. El personal es muy amable pero son nuevos, tardamos muchisimo para el check in. Si lo recomiendo. Puedes caminar a todos los sitios y accesso al trasporte publico.
