The entire staff went out of their way to make our entire trip special. From the welcome drink and small pastry in our room to the attentive bar and restaurant staff. Breakfast was wonderful with made to order meal and large buffet of fruits, breads, cheeses, yogurts and pasteis. Front desk staff extremely helpful with arrangements for local excursions. Loved the walking tour and Beatriz’s insight to local must sees. Highly recommend this hotel!

The air conditioning is self controlled. It’s very clean and quiet in our room. The staff is always welcoming when you return from a day of site seeing. The area is very convenient and very close to the Main Street where there’s plenty of shops and food everywhere. Walkable to everything!

Great location and very easy to find (taxi from airport was €8). A traditional hotel with amazing quirky design features and colours! Food and drink choices were excellent. All the staff are so friendly and chatty. Definitely recommend.

The staff was superior going out of their way to help. The daily breakfast was wonderful too. Lots of restaurants and sidewalk cafes nearby. Our room was somewhat small, however. The two of us had large suitcases because we were coming off a cruise, so we had little extra space.

We had the most amazing stay! the hotel is simply beautiful, rooms are immaculate and each room is individual, the staff are amazing very helpful and cannot do enough for you! I would also recommend eating in the restaurant as it was to die for! Breakfast is fabulous and lots of choice I would absolutely recommend!

Location was fantastic. Very walkable to all the major sites. The room was snug, and very tight for space. Staff very good, but never got the breakfast order right for 3 days straight.
