Fairly generic upscale hotel, everything was nice but nothing was exceptional.
The property was located very close to a metro, making it easy to get into the heart of the city. It was also easy to find in a nice area close to other amenities.

Folks at the front desk were very helpful and warm and welcoming. The same goes for the restaurant and bar staff. The rooms are "cheap and cheerful" but the common areas are great!

We love the hotel and especially the staff. The only downside would be its far distance from city sights. But it is much closer to the airport and we had an early flight, so that is a plus. Loved the property, it is definitely 5 star.
Nice! Very comfortable and convenient to the airport. It was surprisingly very quiet.
