"Great place to stay, location is really central and can walk most places nearby. The room was very nice, the complimentary mini bar, pastel de natas and port were lovely to arrive to. The breakfast had a good variety and good quality."

"I felt the staff were false in the regard for guest. There was a facade of higher quality stays, in actuality, this stay was not that good for the money. The restaurant lacked good food. I would have been happy with pasta. Instead, I was given large mussels covered in onions and red peppers. No flavor 😒 breakfast was a bounty of large cuts of fruit with the skin left on and pastries days old. The beds were so hard. There were so many extras in the room, there was no way which of the offerings would require a high dollar add on."

"Great location, comfy room. The only issue I had was that I had no control of the thermostat in the room as it is controlled by the building. It was set to A/C and my room was freezing. I was given a space heater that worked well. I would recommend to the hotel to change this and give guests the option to control their own thermostat. "
