Camera in ottima posizione per girare Lisbona, comodissima alla metro, a poche centinaia di metri c’è un mercato dove si può trovare ogni tipo di piatti cucinati al momento. Da migliorare il rapporto con l’host che non risponde ai messaggi tramite l’App e la spiegazione della posizione dell’appartamento, una volta arrivati all’indirizzo segnalato se non si chiedono informazioni non è chiaro dove bisogna entrare (in un portoncino alla sinistra di un locale). Apparecchio del self check-in trovato non funzionante all’arrivo e durante il mio soggiorno spesso lo è stato.

Right in the center of Bica and very convenient. The rooms looked smaller than expected. The check-in kiosk did not work for us, so we had to call the number provided. The person on the phone was rude, and we had to wait about 30 minutes to complete check-in and get the entrance code, which was difficult with kids after 10:00 PM. Other than that, everything was smooth. Customer care via WhatsApp was helpful in answering questions, and room service cleaned the room every day.

This is an absolutely surreal place. The worst is lack of service, reception and correct information. Getting to your room looks like an escape room. You first get the wrong address, than the self check-in machine is broken, you can't get to your room. The virtual receptionist is broken. Nobody answers the telephone. You waste your time waiting. In the room plenty of things are old and not functioning. Again no help from the nonexistent service. Fire alarm goes off. Shades are missing. Internet is bad. The manager of the building David comes over to collect taxes and shouts at you that you are using the wrong code to the lower entrance, the wrong code to the upper entrance, the wrong code to the room, you are guilty of doing everything wrong. A sociopath offending clients instead of helping. It is a total nightmare. We spent 5 full days in email communication with some service people who did not care about any problems. They want their money and for you to literally .... I would gladly pay not to stay there in the first place.

Property will never respond to any request sent through hotel.com. No communication was sent for check in instructions . Had to pro actively run after them. Collection of Municipal tax is not transparent. The receipt says part of the amount is Tip which we never authorized. Very poor in communication and rather UN-friendly customer service

tive dificuldades em estabelecer contato com a acomodação..não recebi o -email com instruções do checkin e tive que recorrer a uma pessoa do site Hotels.com para conseguir o código de entrada..A entrada do prédio é o número 236 pois o 234, fornecido na confirmação, é do Ascensor da Bica..a entrada é conjunta com o restaurante The Milkman..O apto é bem localizado ,ensolarado..A cama extra é muito ruim com um desnível no meio e tivemos que colocar o colchão no chão..o box do banheiro é mal vedado e quando se toma banho molha-se todo o piso..os utensilios de cozinha são poucos, o suficiente para preparar o café da manhã..ao ligar o ar condicionado e a cafeteira a chave geral de energia caiu..a localização é muito boa..

The location and size of this place is outstanding. The unit was huge and the bathroom was the biggest we have seen in Portugal. Everything was walkable and the area was quite safe and easy to navigate. That said, communication with the host was lacking. Once we figured things out we were good to go though. Side note, you are right on top of the tram, so you can hear it running all day / evening. It really didn’t bother us and we actually thought it was funny. I’m not sure we would stay here again for price to cleanliness ratio… but it was a great experience.
