"Urbana FLH Hotels Lisboa clearly exceeded our expectations. We arrived at 9am from the rain and cold outside, and Felipe at the front desk was most welcoming. He was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. When he was not able to find a room available at that hour for the category that we have booked, he upgraded us to another room that was available, thus allowing us to check in early. He also invited us to enjoy the wonderful breakfast! The hotel is very well located, within walking distance to many of the attractions in Lisbon. The room is clean, simple and tasteful. The hotel serves delicious cakes, pastries and cookies along with tea and coffee during the afternoon, which added to the enjoyment especially after a long day of touring and sightseeing. FLH stands for Feels Like Home and they truly live up to their slogan!"

"The suite had two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a living room with couch, and a kitchenette with table. All this and still one of the best prices with only hostels being much cheaper. Great front desk staff also!"
