"Sofia in the breakfast area, was the absolute best part of my stay. I was only there one night, but she took amazingly good care of me. She made sure I had something to eat and drink while I waited to check-in. She told me the second my room was available to check-in to and even took my bags to my room. I absolutely love Sofia and hope this hotel knows what a treasure she is. The hotel needs some upgrades. Older decor and fading mirrors (the blackish areas that don’t reflect any more). I didn’t use the Kureg, but could tell it hadn’t been cleaned properly. The sheets were clean, but only two pillows about 2/3 the soa e of regular pillows. The furniture is very dated as are the doors, shower and bathroom fixtures. The rest of the staff are kind and helpful. I’d did feel safe at the hotel, and the lobby area was comfortable. The curtains were ripped and very old, as were the ones in my room. Upgrade the decor and ensure everything is spotless, you will have a winning hotel."

"This place was really nice and unique. It has a great location that made it very walkable to several dining options, the bus and metro stops, nearby attractions and shopping. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. We even had a small issue with our room the first night that we had to contact them about; they responded first thing the next morning and had it fixed immediately. We loved how much room we had to spread out. We will definitely be back!"

"Fantastic hotel at the top of the mountain that is lavish. Beautiful rooms, wonderful comfortable shared space including lovely courtyard. Incredibly helpful staff. Only challenge is getting a cab to and from… but quite central and walkable to the Center of Old Lisbon."
