This hotel exceeded my expectations. I spent one night here to be closer to the airport for an early flight, and this was after staying in other parts of Portugal and the friendliness of the staff was such a refreshing end to my trip. Very kind and helpful. The room was beautiful, and the food from the restaurant was excellent. I will recommend and will stay here again.

From start to finish it was a great experience. When we arrived, the front desk person actually came outside in the rain to help direct my husband to the parking. Room was clean, comfortable and extremely quiet - couldn’t hear anyone in the hallway. Restaurant food was excellent and once again staff were amazing. Hotel location is great. Easy access to trains and the mall.

The hotel is located in excellent location, close to the airport, and very close walking distance to the restaurants, the Lisbon Aquarium, Aerial Tram, shopping, etc. Hotel is modern, rooms are super clean and comfortable with all the amenities. And the breakfast buffet is outstanding with abundant food choices. All the staff were super friendly. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved my stay! The staff is amazing (reception/bar, thank you, guys!). I didn't try the breakfast. Beautiful room with sea (river) view, clean, cosy, comfortable bed. I loved the area too. Although not central, it's very pleasant with shopping and dining options.
