Perfect location!

Can't say enough about the wonderful staff and comfortable room. The hotel was spotless and staff amazingly helpful. Also the location!!! Right in the middle of where you want to be. Stores, restaurants etc... also the breakfast buffet was a great deal. We won't stay anywhere else in Lisbon.

The location is AMAZING!! It's truly within walking distance to everything, I mean everything. Although the location is fantastic, you'll have to give up comfort. The beds are terrible!!! The coffee machine in the room is challenging to use, and the shower towels are no larger than a hand towel. I stayed 3 nights; however, any longer than that, I would have had to check into a more comfortable place. The front desk team is super friendly and helpful

Terrible experience

I do NOT recommend staying at this hotel. There were bedbugs in my room and the hotel management was completely unresponsive when I tried to address the issue with them.

We stayed here in late June 2024. It is in an Amazing location and walking distance to many places. Breakfast buffet for 10 euros was worth it. It is less than a half a mile walk to Praca de Comercio and the waterfront, closer than that to Rossio square, and conveniently located to many other restaurants and places.

Excellent Location, Modern and comfortable

The Lift is in the middle of it all in Lisbon, in perhaps the most walkable area with endless shopping and eating establishments. While the area is well worn tourist trap you still benefit from quality; modern hotel design. If i could change one thing it would be to have a chair to sit on in the room but it was fine for one night and one person.

The receptionist who checked us in (Catarina) was super nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Many good restaurants in the immediate area. The only negative comment I have is parking was a bear to find and quite expensive.
