This hotel/apartment was pretty good - my only issue was the door and signage was really poor, took quite a while to actually find out where to enter, and I also never received the entry code to get my access codes. Besides that the room was quite good, very clean, extremely hard bed though which may not be to everyone’s taste.

The apartment is renovated and very nice. The location is perfect, Next door to a grocery and one block from the walking district area. Lots of Restaurants to chose from. The Kiosk to check in did not work well for me. Had to call numerous times to be able to check in.

Location was perfect for shopping, site seeing, restaurant. A little grocery beside the building was great for supplies for light meals. Air conditioning was excellent! We never received the initial email with codes to get in the front door. We were able to sort it out after getting into my daughter’s apartment who was travelling with us. The apartment was very well equipped but noisy during the day with drilling and hammering going on beside and above us. No afternoon siesta.

Really good location. Just minutes away from many attractions & bus stops/metro. Grocery right next door and few more supermarkets/fruit shops few doors down. Apartment is spacious. Enough for a family of 4. Washing machine (laundry) was in the apartment which was a life saver. Warning - after finishing a dry cycle, the laundry machine door stays mechanically LOCKED for 2 hrs. Time the wash carefully if you need the clothes. Overall really good apartment with a lot of convenience.

Honestly it’s a nice property, convenient and very well located but they are not a full service property. This means electronic check in at a machine, self storage for luggage, and if anything happens (like with us when the door didn’t work one evening) there is no one around to help. They do have someone available to speak to by intercom but it’s not ideal. Also, there is no restroom except in the rooms so if you haven’t checked in or after checkout beware. If they just had a person on site and a restroom this would be a 5 star review.

The elevator didn't work during our whole stay. There was a construction noise during 5 days that started at 8.30am sharp and lasted for hours. We had to ask for the dishwasher to be fixed, the freezer to be cleaned, and soap and toilet paper to be refilled. The city fee was taken twice from our bank account and after 20 days we are still waiting for the refund. The location of the building is excellent and the apartment is very well secured.

Loved our stay at this service apartment! Comparable to a hotel while it conveniently comes with a kitchen and washer. Location: Very close to most attractions, walkable to Alfama area, while being just a short block away from all noises. Both front gate and room use passcode keypads, which was very convenient. Self check-in kiosk was easy to use. Room: Our unit is spacious with a balcony (unfortunately did not have a view due to the construction right across). Modern electric stovetop and washer/dryer. Kitchen and living room is on the top floor, then bedroom and bathroom are below. Best part is the huge bathroom with lots of counter space and a nice walk-in shower. Bonus: Body wash, shampoo and laundry detergent are provided, along with a full range of kitchenware that you may need - very thoughtful touch, making it a 5-star stay. PS: Floor can be cleaned more thoroughly and there were stains on the armchair.

Really great location, minutes from all key areas. Right next to a small grocery store. We were there with a baby and toddler and having a store next door and kitchen in unit was perfect. Everything was really great except communication with hotel prior to arriving. Upon booking it says you will get an email 24 hours before with checkin details. We didn’t get it so I assumed it would come and we landed with no email so I had to reach out Expedia to make sure I actually had a reservation. Make sure that if you take an uber you get taken to the correct address, the uber recommended address is wrong. We got dropped off at the wringer building and almost picked up at the wrong until we noticed. The unit was clean, the floor boards were dirty but everything else was fine. It was really quite. Very hard beds. Pack n play was provided. You cannot check in before the checkin time and the lockers provided are very small, you could not store a checked bag (24”) and it cost 2 euro. Only change accepted. I would stay again now that I know how it works.

The location is excellent, every tourist attraction is nearby, very lively area with a lot of restaurants bars around. We traveled with family it felt safe and good neighborhood. There interior of the apartment is newly renovated. We had comfortable stay. The instructions were adequate and help as available all times.
