"The location of this hotel was amazing; only steps away from the Santa Justa Elevador, and a block from the famous Rua Augusta, it was right in the middle of most of the tourist attractions in Lisbon. The staff was amazing; they were always ready to help and give us tips. The hotel is immaculate; the rooms are cleaned every day to a T. Being a person who values cleanliness more than luxury I was very happy. I would definitely stay in this hotel again and I highly recommend it."

But it’s the fun- and life-loving demeanor of the staff that what made it for me. And the 5-minute walk to the airport and metro to get downtown."
