This was a beautiful hotel with a kind and very attentive staff. Breakfast was superb and location was magical. And one day, after I had asked that the maid only do the bathroom (but she ended up doing the bed too as well as my clothes…which I didn’t want), the staff sent me a bottle of their amazing Port wine and delicious nata desserts as an apology. I loved this hotel!

I stayed at this hotel for two nights and highly recommend it because of its excellent location with stunning views of the river and bridges: there is a cable car that takes you to the city center, and there are many restaurants nearby. The best hotel I've stayed in during my time in Portugal. From the minute we entered the hotel to our last day, everything was terrific. The room is spotless, and the staff are so friendly. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of selections. The view from our balcony was magnificent. Perfect location. 10-15 minutes walk to the Rebiera.

The best part was the location. Walking distance from everywhere, right before the tunnel which is where the traffic begins. Will stay here again. Breakfast buffet pastries are great. Sometimes they have passion fruit.
