“Would definitely go back.”

Great place to stay in London. Near Oxford Street(loads of shops) and right next to Hyde Park and the Tube station. Hotel staff were friendly and the room was immaculate. I would definitely go back.

“Satisfied pensioners”

Lovely hotel, Very helpful staff, a bit on the expensive side to eat in, but plenty of cafe's and restaurants nearby doing great breakfasts and meals. Very handy for the shops, loved the Glenn Miller bar and still have smoking rooms if required. All in all a great hotel. Very satisfied.

“Would definately go back.”

Had a wonderful weekend at Thistle Marble Arch. Everyone was so helpful. We didn't eat there at all but did have a few drinks in the bar and I don't think the prices were too bad for a hotel of this standard. Would certainly stay again.

“Excellent stay”

The accomdations were roomy, comfortable and more than we expected. Excellent shower. Clean and quiet. The location was perfect for catching the bus or the underground. Local restaurants were also good - one was excellent. We went back 4 times. The concierge was very helpful and willing to chase down even odd requests.

“Great Location & Knowledgable Staff”

It was my first trip to London & I took a chance staying in a random hotel. The staff was extremely attentive from the early check in, to the knowledgeable 24-hour concierge. Weather it was making a suggestion of where to eat or what bus to take for enjoyable sightseeing, their advice was on point. Several bus lines and the Central metro/tube line are with in walking distance of the hotel.
