The hotel facilities are great except that the water temperature in the pool is too cold. It wasn't good seeing our kids shivering. The check in process was slow. It could have been improved if staff were more aware of the queue building up. There was an extra staff talking nicely to guests who were in the queue. The extra staff could have opened another check-in desk which was available. I find that a waste of resources. We checked out before 12 noon and again there was a queue of 10 guests while there were two free desks. In the queue were guests both checking out and checking in when check in should only start at 2 or 3 pm. Obviously, check in procedures take a bit longer. Management should have considered designating a desk solely for checking out. We ended up waiting in queue for 25 minutes just hand back our keys. Not really a great customer experience.

I like the convenient of being close to airport , dining and shopping. Staff were very efficient upon check-in however, checked out is a pain , I think they should have an express check-out for guests who are in a rush and just dropped their keys . They took your deposit and credit card I think that's enough if there's any incidental have been made .

Stayed at the 20th floor, wifi didn’t work during my 16 day stay. Reception didn’t want to know about it. No alternative offered. Very disappointed and inconvenient, which added cost to my expenses. Shower kept flooding was eventually fixed after I raised the third time. Staff were overall very friendly specially the concierges. They helped us with my elderly auntie who was 87 years old.

Location is in the heart of Makati district. Breakfast and lounge is excellent. Staff are friendly and helpful. Need to change the carpets on the floor ASAP for it has a bad smell ( old, dirty and looks unsanitary) overall the hotel has a potential of being a 5 star hotel

The properties' condition could use a little attention. The was an elevator call button that was not working and there was a room kept swipe pad in the elevator that was hanging low (maybe someone tampered with it). In our room, there were multiple lights that did not work Here are some good thinks about this property. The staff does an excellent job at the front desk, housekeeping and just in general areas. It looks like the are a well trained staff and are always smiling and very respectful. This hotel has a great location (across from Greenbelt 3) so there is lots of shopping that is walkable and many restaurants. We did get room service one day for breakfast and it was very good. If you just want to spend a lazy morning in the hotel, this is a good option. For the price, this hotel is a good option.

Excellent stay from start to finish. Stayed two nights on residence floor and used Residence Library for meals and happy hour. All outstanding. Christine, Residence Club Manager, was an absolute star, checking me in and making sure I received above and beyond service. She and the entire staff encountered were engaged and exceptional. Hotel location and staff are excellent. Room is clean but noise from outside still heard even when room location is high on the 17th floor.

I always enjoy staying at this hotel. It is one of the few quiet places in Makati, and the service in excellent. Shout out to Kim in the bar. Thank you Kim! The gym is also excellent - 24 hours and good equipment.
