Horrible experienced to celebrate my bday. It's not worth of money, time as well as peace of mind. Front desk should be the key to invite more guess instead of giving a fake smiles. My 1st BAD experienced through out my years of travel in all over the world. Inside staff like waiters/servers, housekeeping, swimming pool staff & all securities are the people who do all the hard work to maintain this hotel stand still in the business. Uniforms employees showed BUT only laziness, negative & toxicity attitude to ruin your day..LOOKS are nothing if you had a rotten personality.
